Languages have always been my passion. When I was studying English in high school, I remember my first ‘about myself’ story in class, when I said in English: ‘I want to be an interpreter...’ At university, I immersed myself in the language and became a philologist and English teacher.

Although my professional path thereafter varied from interpreter/translator to project/process manager and crossed the borders not once, I returned to my original dream profession as an interpreter in 2022, realising that I was professionally lost in all kinds of jobs and finally have come home!

With great zest, I have enriched my knowledge baggage with the Dutch language and recently also with General Interpreting Techniques and have become a sworn interpreter. However, my desire for knowledge and self-development does not end here
